Master Bath – The wall of custom built-ins containing the sinks at the master bath give the space both a sense of richness and a sense of warmth. The arch over the sinks is repeated in an arch over the tub niche as can be seen in the mirror.

Rear – At the rear of the house can be seen the terrace at the main level, the terrace at the third floor, and the landscaped sloping site leading to the lower yard and greenhouse.

Upper Foyer – The intensive traditional detailing that pervades the house can be seen at the upper level of the foyer where the main stair rises to the second floor.

Family Room – The family room opens to the terrace through French doors with arched transoms. The room is given additional character by the use of a beamed coffered ceiling.

Front – The owners of this home wanted a house with a European feeling. The paver entry courtyard, the stucco wall finish, the cast stone quoins, columns and railings, and the arched windows all contribute to this character.

Pool Area View – This picture clearly shows the hilltop location of the house, with a pool terrace, pool house, and pergola organized below the house, providing the foreground to views across a valley to other estate houses in the neighborhood.
