In his long professional career Dennis has experience ranging from small remodeling projects, to work on historic homes, to townhouses, to large custom homes. Dennis will gladly provide a no-cost consultation to any client investigating a new project.



Historic Renovation
A large brick home, built in the 1880’s in Chicago, that had fallen into disrepair, was completely renovated and the interior remodeled. All of the exterior brick was cleaned and tuckpointed, the distinctive front porch was completely removed and reconstructed, and all of the original windows were replaced with high performance historically accurate new windows.

Mid Century ranch house remodel
A remodeling of a fifty year old ranch house to add a full second floor, creating a central stair and moving all of the bedrooms upstairs. The space gained on the ground floor was remodeled to provide a larger kitchen, formal dining room, and family room. The house now suits the formerly under-utilized property.
