Stair – At the front of the first floor the living room expresses the classic traditional detailing and materials that carry throughout the home. The narrow, deep footprint of the building is broken up with a new stair, surmounted by a clerestory that rises the full 4 floors, allowing light to enter at the center of the building.

Kitchen – At the rear of the first floor is a kitchen/breakfast room, with custom cabinets and lots of light and view to the rear yard.

Library – On the second floor, just behind the main stair, is a library with cherry cabinets.

Master Bath – The top floor of the house is occupied by the master suite, with the master bath appointed with cherry millwork and boasting matching marble sinks flanking the opening to the dressing area with dressing table.
